About Princess Anne Little League
About Princess Anne Little League Community First Princess Anne Little League is dedicated to serving the community it resides in. We believe that it is more important than ever to occupy our youth with self-esteem building programs. Driven solely by volunteers, Princess Anne Little League brings together our community by building strong relationships, solid work ethic, teamwork, and a championship mentality in our children. Our commitment is toward the future; instilling a family first mindset and developing young adults into leaders for tomorrow. Princess Anne Little League serves close to 600 Baseball, Softball and Challenger players every year. History Back in 1975 there was no S. Independence Blvd, no Lynnhaven Parkway extension. There was however a movement started by Priscilla Beede and a group of community minded parents all looking to start a youth minded sports league. It was then the Green Run Community was in full development and Oscar Ferebee Jr. donated the land where the Green Run Little League Complex sits today at 1837 Dahlia Drive, Virginia Beach, VA 23453. In September of 2013, Princess Anne Little League broke ground on our newest complex located at 4153 Dam Neck Road, Virginia Beach, VA 23456. This complex boasts a lighted turf field that hosts games and practices for the wider community. While still expanding we know that this complex will remain a community staple for decades to come.
