  Payment Information: If you subscribe to paid features, our payment processor (Stripe) collects payment card details. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.

  Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as a business asset.

Our Services are designed for use by adult coaches, managers, and parents—not children. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. Player information (such as names, ages, and skill evaluations) is provided by coaches and parents, not by the children themselves.

If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, please contact us at support@getfungo.com and we will promptly delete it.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you Services. We may also retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
