Our Mission Frederick County American Little League (FCALL) will: Serve ALL who sign up to play baseball or softball Develop the qualities of citizenship, discipline, character, and teamwork Develop the values of sportsmanship and fair play Promote fun and foster a love of the game Promote the learning and development of skills and challenge players to attain personal goals Promote safety awareness Encourage volunteerism, community involvement and community service The objective of FCALL shall be to firmly implant these values in the children of the community so that they may be well adjusted, stronger, and happier so they will grow to be good, decent, healthy and trustworthy citizens
