Mission Statement Coal Creek Little League is dedicated to providing a safe, positive, and inclusive environment where children in our community can learn and enjoy the game of baseball. Our mission is to teach the fundamentals of the sport, foster teamwork and good sportsmanship, and help players build confidence both on and off the field. We are committed to nurturing a lifelong love of the game while strengthening the Coal Creek community. Goals and Guiding Principles Create a fun, safe, and competitive environment for the youth of our community to play baseball. Develop the qualities of citizenship, discipline, character, and teamwork amongst the players. Promote having fun through sportsmanship, competitiveness and achieving personal goals. Promote the development of baseball skills. The league personnel, parents, and all participants share the responsibility of making Little League a safe and wholesome activity. Each child who wishes to play ball should be entitled to do so regardless of skill, gender, or financial circumstances. Develop managers, coaches, and umpires that uphold the objectives and guiding principles of the League. Create long-term community involvement.
