Woonsocket Little League

Mission Woonsocket Little League is a non-profit organization that provides the children of Woonsocket with a superior developmental baseball program. Our focus is to encourage participation, develop character and discipline, promote teamwork, and advocate good citizenship and strong community pride. We strive to provide quality instruction in the development of baseball and softball skills, sportsmanship, honesty, loyalty, courage, competitiveness and fair play. Our volunteers are role models for our players and demonstrate those same values. Woonsocket Little League is committed to enriching the lives of our children and fostering a love of the game. Little League Player Pledge I trust in God I love my country And will respect its laws I will play fair And strive to win But win or lose I will always do my best Little League Parent Volunteer Pledge I will teach all children to play fair and do their best. I will positively support all managers, coaches and players. I will respect the decisions of the umpires. I will praise a good effort despite the outcome of the game.
