About Westmoreland Little League
Westmoreland Little League is a youth baseball and softball program located in Westmoreland, New York, serving boys and girls ages 4 to 12. The league offers divisions including T-Ball, Coach Pitch, Player Pitch, and multiple levels of softball. In 2023, Westmoreland was the proud recipient of the Edwin J. Wadas Game Changer Grant, which funded the development of new baseball and softball fields at Hubert Pritchard Park, significantly expanding opportunities for youth in the community.
History
Westmoreland Little League serves the Westmoreland, NY community with youth baseball and softball. In 2023, the league was awarded the $250,000 Edwin J. Wadas Game Changer Grant, which transformed an empty lot into the Wadas Fields at Hubert Pritchard Park — brand new baseball and softball facilities dedicated in May 2025. The league also plays at Kernan Little League Field and Westmoreland Town Park.
