The Ridgewood Baseball and Softball Association (RBSA) is a registered 501(c)3 charitable organization. We are a community of approximately 24,000 residents and the largest youth organization in Bergen County. The Village of Ridgewood provides 24 baseball and softball fields in the community and approximately 1,400 boys and girls participate in various RBSA programs annually. Our primary objective is to provide an opportunity for the young men and women of the community to learn to play the games of baseball and softball in an atmosphere that will reinforce the ideals of good sportsmanship, honesty, loyalty, teamwork, and to foster their growth into healthy and responsible citizens. We provide Spring and Summer recreational programs as well as advanced, competitive travel programs in the Spring, Summer and Fall. With a rich history spanning over several decades, we provide a safe and inclusive environment for players of all ages and skill levels to develop their passion for the game. Our experienced coaches and volunteers are committed to teaching the fundamentals, promoting teamwork, and instilling valuable life skills.
