About Northwest 45 Little League
Northwest 45 Little League is a non-profit youth baseball organization serving the Spring, Texas area for players ages 4 to 16. Originally chartered in 1969, the league provides a comprehensive baseball and softball program to more than 500 boys and girls annually, emphasizing the fundamentals of the game alongside citizenship, discipline, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
History
Northwest 45 Little League was originally chartered with Little League International in 1969, making it one of the longest-running youth baseball programs in the Houston area. The league celebrated its Golden Anniversary with the Little League Organization in 2019. A defining milestone came in 1991 when a team from Northwest 45 became the first Texas team ever to win a Little League World Series Championship title.
