District 55 consists of 7 leagues in the South Orange County area, including Laguna Hills, Laguna Beach, Laguna Niguel, Aliso Viejo, Irvine Ranch, Northwood, and Lake Forest. LHLL is a leadership program designed to help children learn good sportsmanship, honesty, loyalty, courage and respect for peers and authority figures.
