About Hampden Little League
The Hampden Youth Baseball Association (HYBA) offers supervised Little League baseball programs for youth ages 4 through 13 in the Cumberland Valley and Mechanicsburg school districts of Pennsylvania. HYBA also serves youth ages 13–19 in Hampden Township through the West Shore Teener League, providing spring and fall baseball seasons as well as postseason tournament opportunities. The organization is committed to developing players through good sportsmanship, integrity, and enjoyment of the game.
History
The Hampden Youth Baseball Association was incorporated in 1967 and has served youth baseball players in Central Pennsylvania for decades. Its Instructional, Minor, and Major League programs have operated under the charter of Little League Baseball since 2002. Supported by Hampden Township's Recreation Department, HYBA maintains some of the finest baseball facilities in the region and has emerged as a leader in youth baseball in Central Pennsylvania through dedicated volunteers and ongoing community support.
