Content Our Mission The mission of Germantown Little League is to teach our youth the principles of good citizenship and sportsmanship through association with the competitive sport of baseball and softball, to instill self-esteem in the boys and girls participating in the program, and to instruct them in the fundamentals of the games of baseball and softball. Germantown Little League aspires to be an outstanding organization that provides a high-quality experience, in which every athlete: Has fun playing the game Feels like an important part of the team regardless of performance Learns "life lessons" that have value beyond the playing field Has coaches that focus on player development to teach skills, tactics and strategies of the game We are committed to creating a culture in which coaches, parents, fans, umpires and athletes work together to achieve our mission.
