ELL Mission Statement Elmsford Little League Mission Statement ELL aspires to provide a high-quality experience, in which ever player has an opportunity to improve their skills, tactics and strategies of the game; practice and play in a safe environment; and learn "Life Lessons" that go beyond the ball field by having: Coaches Who: - Respect the Rules, Opponents, Umpires, Team and Players - Emphasize best efforts, learning, and how to effectively handle setbacks - Fun at practices and games while promoting competitiveness - Players feel like an important part of a team regardless of performance ELL is committed to grow our program through community outreach and creating a positive culture, in which coaches, parents, fans, officials, and players work together to achieve our mission.
